Hi, and welcome to my site.

I’m an entrepreneur and writer most interested in psychedelics as a way to effectively do good.

I founded Atman, one of the first legal psilocybin retreats. Atman Retreat helped hundreds of people explore psychedelics safely, legally, and in a setting designed to maximize their benefits. Atman was acquired by Odyssey in 2024, where I’m now interim COO.

Before that, I travelled for several years while blogging at Freedom & Fulfilment, which has reached around a million people worldwide.

I’m currently based in Toronto, Canada. I was previously a board member of Mapping the Mind, one of Canada’s largest psychedelic science conferences. I grew up in North Vancouver and studied at McGill University (BA, ’14).

Other interests include meditation (practicing for over 10 years), somatic practices & therapeutic modalities, personality and transpersonal psychology, Bitcoin, and nonduality. I enjoy thinking about information flow, process design, and the dynamics of people at scale.
